Hidden gem with great food!
Super nice place! The views by the canal were stunning. Had an awesome meal at the restaurant—seriously, the food rivaled any fancy spot I’ve been to. The staff was super friendly and really on point. Just wish the parking was better. it felt a bit cramped. But overall, loved it!

The welcoming staff made our family feel right at home, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good standard for our stay. Having the canal view added a lovely touch, and the meal we enjoyed in the bar was excellent. there were some minor drawbacks, like the lack of a chair in the room and the ongoing refurbishment, which limited some amenities.

Charming canal-side getaway with friendly staff
I had a delightful stay in a Standard Double Room, enjoying the serene canal-side views and the cozy atmosphere. The in-room continental breakfast was a lovely touch, especially with fresh milk and croissants for my early start. The staff were genuinely welcoming, making me feel right at home. it would be great to have more breakfast options in the room to enhance the experience.

Located right along the canal, the accommodation offers a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. The spacious interiors provide great comfort, especially after a long day exploring the area.
General maintenance needs attention. I spotted large piles of rubbish lingering near the accommodations. The front door to the bar tends to slam loudly, which can be quite the distraction. the bathroom doors lack privacy due to noticeable gaps when closed, and there were cleaning issues as well, with a few unnoticed messes around the common areas.

The Watersedge provided a comfortable stay with a serene atmosphere by the canal. The superior king room was spacious and clean, and I particularly appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge. The dining experience was pleasant, with quality food served that added to the relaxed ambiance.
The room showed signs of age and could benefit from updates.

we love the rooms here not on top of each other like a hotel, and the views were just lovely! comfy and perfect after our long flight from australia, we felt ready to start our holiday! definitely a great spot by the canal for relaxation, and it's close to the airport too.
the dining area could get pretty noisy since there isn't a wall between the restaurant and bar. also, the breakfast was pretty basic and not that exciting.

Had an awesome time on our group getaway! We visited the local pub with great food right by the water and danced at the Dock Marquee with some LIVE DJs. For future visitors, the location is charming and offers lovely scenic views. Highly recommend the Quadruple Room for friends!
One downside was the noisy environment since the pub was just outside our window, which made it hard to sleep at times. But, overall, it didn’t ruin our fun.
